Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business & Sales Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience in the IT services, website design, and development industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our web design, development, and digital solutions.
This role requires a strong understanding of web technologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for website design, website development, eCommerce, web applications, and digital solutions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Understand client requirements and propose suitable web and IT solutions
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and contracts
Conduct market research to identify new trends, industries, and potential clients
Work closely with the design, development, and project management teams to ensure accurate solution delivery
Handle lead generation through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, online portals, and referrals
Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project scope to close deals successfully
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline and client interactions
Represent the company professionally in meetings, calls, and presentations
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–4 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within an IT, Website Design & Development, or Software Services company
Strong knowledge of:
Website design & development services
CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
eCommerce solutions
Custom web and software development
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business solutions
Strong lead generation and closing skills
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience working with international clients
Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media)
Familiarity with proposal tools, bidding platforms, and freelancing portals

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in lead generation, IT sales, client acquisition, and end-to-end sales conversion. This role requires expertise in LinkedIn outreach, Sales Navigator, CRM management, email marketing, and cold calling to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
As a key contributor to our business expansion efforts, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, generating qualified leads, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Conduct targeted outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates within CRM systems.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls, client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
- Strong understanding of the complete sales process and sales funnel management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, prospecting, and client outreach.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, lead nurturing, and outbound sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and client relationship management.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and sales reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT Services, Software Development, SaaS, or Technology Consulting sales.
